The WHS-P2-601 is a 25° angled antistatic table-top wafer presenter tool designed to present the wafer to the operator for wafer ID (laser mark) reading. Performance materials used for abrasion resistance, ESD safety (ground path from the wafer to ground), and good chemical resistance. Compatible with most SEMI standard 25 slot cassettes. This product is factory adjusted for ONLY one cassette type –please specify the cassette when ordering.
