WHS provides a versatile range of wafer presenters designed to enhance operator efficiency and reduce the risk of wafer damage in cleanroom environments. The WHS-P series includes four base models, each engineered with state-of-the-art materials to improve wafer handling and minimize the risk of scratches caused by manual wafer manipulation.

The robotic WHS-P1 automatic wafer presenter lifts wafers entirely out of the cassette for inspection, selective off-loading, or inverting wafers (180°) for backside processes. This automation reduces manual handling and offers precise control during wafer retrieval. WHS also offers two cost-effective manual presenters: the WHS-P3, which lifts every 5th wafer in a cassette, and the WHS-P4, allowing for the safe extraction of any single wafer without disturbing others in the cassette. These manual presenters are designed to minimize unnecessary wafer contact and streamline wafer handling. Additionally, the WHS-P2 manual escalator provides a unique stair-step mechanism that raises each wafer in a cassette for easy verification of wafer ID and lot numbering. This tool is ideal for operators needing a clear view of all wafers within a cassette without excessive handling.
