WHS provides an extensive range of industry-leading wafer grippers designed to accommodate a variety of wafer handling needs in cleanroom settings. Our lineup includes four models, each tailored to meet specific requirements for specialized wafer handling.

The G1 and G2 models are designed for edge-grip handling, ensuring a stable and consistent grip on delicate wafers like optical, MEMS, double topography, and other sensitive substrates. The G3 model, with its unique 3-gripper design, is well-suited for handling individual wafers in chemical environments and can also be used for wafer rescue scenarios. Our latest G4 model is crafted for handling Taiko® wafers from the small edge ring area, addressing the most demanding wafer handling tasks.
