WHS offers a full line of industry-leading semiconductor wafer transfers, each engineered for optimal performance in cleanroom applications. Our systems focus on speed, accuracy, and safety while maintaining a low-maintenance design, making them ideal for handling delicate semiconductor wafers. All our wafer transfers are compliant with SEMI standards and are compatible with most industry process and shipping cassettes.

WHS provides four base models to meet diverse needs. Our legacy-style slide transfers include the WHS-T3, a manual economy version, and the WHS-T2, an advanced automated platform for more precise control. For more sensitive operations, WHS offers the SafeGuard transfer (WHS-T1). This advanced automated system is designed for abrasion-free bulk wafer transfers, ideal for high-value, thin, and compound material wafers.

The WHS-T4, our 2-cassette wafer sorter, offers a space-saving footprint and advanced functionality, including wafer ID reading and single-wafer transfer and sorting capabilities. This model is perfect for operations that require a versatile, compact solution with sorting flexibility.
