WHS offers a full line of industry-leading semiconductor wafer flat and notch aligners, achieving high-accuracy alignment in under 15 seconds. These systems are built for cleanroom applications, emphasizing speed, accuracy, ergonomics, and low maintenance, and are compatible with most industry process and shipping cassettes.

The WHS aligner range includes five models. The advanced auto-aligners WHS-A1 (for flat wafers) and WHS-A3 (for notch wafers) feature precision alignment with touchscreen controls and programmable settings. The non-motorized versions, WHS-A2 (flat) and WHS-A4 (notch), offer a more economical option with high durability and ergonomic design. The WHS-A6 legacy flat aligner rounds out the portfolio as an antistatic economy model.
