WHS-B Antistatic Moisture Barrier Bags
WHS-B Antistatic Moisture Barrier Bags are engineered to provide top-tier protection for wafers and sensitive electronics during storage and transport. These multi-layer bags offer advanced defense against moisture, static electricity, and contamination, ensuring product safety in demanding environments.
The multi-layer construction features Anti-static Polyester (12 µm), Aluminum foil (7 µm) for moisture protection, Nylon (15 µm) for puncture resistance, and Polyethylene (115 µm) for strength, with an additional anti-static layer for complete ESD protection. This ensures products are shielded from environmental factors and electrostatic discharge while resisting punctures.
With a low moisture transmission rate, WHS-B bags allow for extended storage without damage. Larger sizes have a block-bottom design to reduce folds and contamination risks.
Compatible with various wafer cassette sizes, they are ideal for cleanroom use with their abrasion-resistant materials.
