The WHS-O4-RSP200 is a motorized, semi-automatic pod opener designed for the secure and efficient handling of RSP200 reticle SMIF pods. As a motorized upgrade to the WHS-O3 manual opener, the WHS-O4 simplifies pod handling with a push-button control system, allowing operators to unlock and close pod lids effortlessly. The motorized mechanism ensures smooth, consistent operation, improving workflow efficiency while maintaining the highest standards of protection for valuable reticles.

This advanced tool unlocks the center spring-loaded lock of the RSP200 pod with the press of a button, eliminating manual effort. The integrated stainless steel lid storage rack keeps the lid clean and free from contamination during mask handling processes. Like the WHS-O3, the WHS-O4 is built from antistatic and abrasion-resistant materials, ensuring long-lasting durability and protection in ISO 3 cleanroom environments.
